GameTap error code (if known):153 * 5. GameTap log handle:red- 608 * 6. Games affected by this issue:all * 7. Games that are not affected by this issue:none even ones i already played * 8. Does Aveyond work:no * 9. Does Burger Time work:no * 10. Description of problem:new download of a game i already played now they are all locked up

Try downloading a game as you've tried to do. Immediately afterwards, submit an error log and you'll receive an error log handle. Post that log handle here and support will be better able to assist you.

All i can see in your log is that the player thinks it successfully launched fleet command, which i expect is an old log.
Please try the following: 1) Recreate the problem you are having 2) Close your browser and open the task manager and wait for GameTapPlayer.exe to exit (about 2 minutes) 3) Post your logs.
I think the player was still running the last time you tried to post, and depending on your permissions it won't send all of your logs if the player is still running.
