I downloaded "Universal Combat Gold" and when trying to play it,the green spinning circle comes up,and after minute or so,my web browser is minimized (like it does when starting a game) but the game itself never appears.A quick look into my Task Manager shows that "GameTapPlayer.exe" is running,again like it normally would,but nothing happens.Closing/refreshing my browser doesn't work.

I'm currently using Windows XP with Firefox and this is the only game I have a problem with.All the other games I've downloaded via Gametap work fine.Any suggestions? (I'll give you a cookie )

That has happened to me (not with UCG, but other games), and it has helped to kill the GameTapPlayer process and try again.

Unfortunately,that didn't work.I did noticed GameTapPlayer.exe is using the most memory in the Task Manager,but again nothing happens.I tried restarting my computer,but it's still the same.

I guess I might try deleting and re-downloading the game,unless someone has a different idea.Any suggestions? (I still got my cookie )

If you want to post logs to support (directions at the top of the tech support forum) I will be glad to take a look at them. Just recreate the problem, shutdown your browsers and wait two minutes for the player to shutdown, then follow the posting directions.
