I think I only mentioned Shining Force 3 twice in this thread, so I'll say it again. And, it would be great if we could get The Incredible Machine games back (if not I'll just get them on GOG).

Since I was vague, the Overlord expansion packs. And Overlord 2 as well, while I'm wishing. Freespace expansion pack, that one is fun. The full Painkiller set, pretty close with original and Overdose, but I think there is still one left? Age of Empires Gold and Supreme Commander full set.

And whatever we can do to get back the old RPG stuff would rock too. ('cuz vague is how I roll)

EDIT: Just finished all 24 pages, and agree with alot of them. Do you have any idea who has the original Looking Glass IP stuff? Terra Nova, Thief 1 and 2, and System Shock 2 would be nice. They also did the Ultima Underworld set, so there is that too. Also, the original System Shock was a fun one, rocking the looking up and down before anyone knew about it.

I know EA dropped out when they thought they could out-do Steam and GT and all others, has there been ANY change on that front in the years since? Any glimmer of hope?

Blizzard doesn't seem to have the first two Warcraft supported on their system yet, any chance they might be willing to let those go to someone else? How about The Lost Vikings? Blackthorne? Battle Chess and Castles PC?

A big vote for that Oddworld collection, too! The list of games I haven't played grows with every passing day it seems, damn being a gamer for over 25 years.

Not a mod, but I'm betting since you can buy it from Blizzard online it will probably be a while yet for their classics to get on a service like GameTap. Cool thing though, if you find a copy and register it on the Blizzard site they tie it to the digital version and you can D/L it after that whenever. I finally got to get rid of my Warcraft 3 and Starcraft discs. Still have to keep 1 and 2 though.

Just play the Space Quest series and replace all the humor with weak sex jokes, and you'll have essentially played Leisure Suit Larry.

Don't be dissin LSL buddha. I grew up with those retard quizzes until I figured out how to get past them.

The 11th hour game would be a great edition to Game Tap. Made about the same time as the Myst series of games it was a great point and click puzzle solver with a haunting story line. Loom and some of the older lucas arts games would be cool too if the rights could be purchased for them.

I'd like to suggest some good games from 1998 and 2000.
Homeworld and Homeworld cataclysm. As they are now over 10 years old, it shouldn't be hard to get licensing for them.

We used to have Homeworld here on GT (along with Homeworld 2).

We lost em both in the Sierra debacle early last year.

Totally agree on Parasite Eve (although I thought PE2 was way better).

They're both Square games though so, I wouldn't hold out much hope.

I am still this day baffled on how the PE games didn't explode bigger than they did. The first one was great, and from what I played (very little) the second one was awesome as well. What happened to them?
