Well, the community would be this forum and any players you might happen to find on the multiplayer Windows games, and the parental controls exist. They're in the dashboard ( http://www.gametap.com/dashboard.html), right next to the subaccount controls on the right.

Maybe if GameTap would get back some arcade games *cough*Midway*cough* (but they won't be getting any new arcade games ever.) and if more then four people would actually show up...
