Welcome to a new weekly forum feature written by your volunteer forum moderating team; the MOD Squad Games of the Week! While normally you may see us maintaining order, peace, justice, and harmony among the GameTap forums, ultimately, we're all here for one thing. GAMES! With all of us having been GameTappers for a year or two, we all have seen and played a whole lot of the 1000+ games in the GameTap vault. Now we'd like to talk about our favorites with you. Some of them are big names, some of them not, some of them you may never have heard of before but we love all of them to death. So check out our picks each week (with maybe some staff and tech support picks as well), subscribe to our playlist, and let us know what you think about our choices!

This Thursday is Thanksgiving; which means its time for family, friends, and lots of turkey. But when you wake up from your tryptophan-induced stupor you may come to realize that you're tired of hearing about Uncle Ted's mail-order vacuum cleaner business and you just want to play some games. When that happens, may we make a few suggestions?

+"I'll admit, when I first downloaded this game, my expectations weren't incredibly high. What I found after playing it for a while however, was a highly entertaining space shooter with simplistic, yet incredibly intuitive controls. If you're looking for a space shooter with story and substance.....well, you'd best . But Space Interceptor is a great game for when you just want to sit back, relax, and blow a couple of space fighters out of the sky."+ |
