I purchased a one month membership so that I can play Sniper Ghost Warrior. The game however doesn't work. The problem is not with my computer...my computer has an intel core i5 and nvidia. Also I am able to play the demo that I downloaded somewhere else. So the problem is not with my computer...the problem is with gametap. I have contacted customer support and requested a refund however they are not responding. So I am using the forum now instead to see if they will respond.

The problem is that after downloading the game when I click on play it says "Sniper Ghost Warrior has stopped working." The game does not launch.

I have done many things to try and get the game to work. I have downloaded it and when I realized it didn't work I deleted it and then downloaded it again and I did this several times. I have also changed numerous settings but the game still doesn't work. I have installed DirectX 9C. I have downloaded the the VCRedist_x64. The game still doesn't work. As I have stated in my earlier message my computer meets the minimum system requirements and I am able to play the demo that I downloaded from a different website. I am very frustrated with GameTap and I am requesting a refund.

Thats not all I also have several other games and they all work. I have a new computer with an Intel Core i5 and Nvidia GeForce GT 540M. My computer meets the minimum system requirements to play Sniper Ghost Warrior but the game doesn't work because of a problem with GameTap.

We can do this one of two ways...

1. You issue me a refund.

2. I will report GameTap to my bank and have them refund me the money. Also I will report GameTap to the Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report.
