 Says a disc is required to run Serious Sam 2

Post Says a disc is required to run Serious Sam 2
Hello,

I downloaded Serious Sam 2 and everytime I try to launch the game an error message will pop up and it will say "No disc inserted. Please insert the CD/DVD." Ctrl + F1 does NOT work. What can I do to fix this problem?

I had the same problem with Syberia and Mechwarrior. I went to task manager and killed ituneshelper.exe and then ran them no problem. So maybe try killing any unnecessary processes running.
