 Should there be sound in the cut scenes?

Post Should there be sound in the cut scenes?
I don't know if this should go in the tech support forum or not, because I don't know if it's a bug. :P

During the cut scenes, I hear the music, and Grimm narrating, but there's no sound corresponding to the action going on in the cut scene (e.g., the scene will show a big fight, complete with cartoon "Pow!" labels, but I don't hear anything but Grimm and the music). Was this a design decision, or is there supposed to be sound there that I'm not hearing?

Everything is fine, actually. As in you are having no problem. It's just some freak of sound design.

I'm getting sound effects in the cut scenes.. .maybe my game ddin't get the memo...

It was really just in the first episode.
