Prey should definitely be converted for 64-bit use.

Sorry your having so many problems, but this isn't the place to complain about them. go here instead http://www.gametap.com/forum/i-miss-the-old-player-i-don-t-like-this-compilation-thread-t31633.html?sid=e3d8b5b7d7da2652a941ba68b12105ca

Re: The Official 64-bit Support Suggestion Thread
Only about half of the alleged 64-bit compatible titles are actually compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. When is this going to be addressed? Why mark something as compatible, when it's not even compatible with the latest version of windows?
You guys realize that 64-bit is the future, right? Maybe half of the games I've tried actually work with Windows 7. Of those, really only one interests me enough to possibly spend some hours playing it. (Neverwinter Nights 2)
Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 does NOT work in Windows 7. Why are all of these games marked as compatible? They are NOT.
So, that's my suggestion. Make a game compatible before you mark it as such. I've wasted a lot of time downloading useless games.

The encryption used for those games (Yummy) is 64-bit compatible, as opposed to GT's old encryption (Exent), which was not. While a game may be labeled 64-bit compatible (i.e. Yummy-encrypted), it may not necessarily work on 64-bit Win7. That's not to say it won't work on 64-bit Vista, or XP Pro x64, or vice-versa. Also on some games, while the encryption is 64-bit compatible, the games' original programming isn't, and GT can't change the original programming. (This occurs most often in old games. I wouldn't expect that scenario from a newer game such as RCT3). I would suggest checking out this thread: windows-7-issues-do-you-want-to-hear-t33411.htmlSubsider34 has a nice list compiled on page 3 of that thread (he's even confirmed RCT3 does work on Win7), and there are many tips that could help you out.

Re: The Official 64-bit Support Suggestion Thread
I'd love it if STALKER:soc was 64 bit, I spent so long trying to mod it just to find out I can't because it's not yummy encrypted

Re: The Official 64-bit Support Suggestion Thread
Agree yet again.....Stalker would be great considering I couldn't play it awhile back when it was first released b/c my comp was running outta memory & the video card wasn't up to par. Anyways, I vote again.....Stalker, Painkiller, or Painkiller:Overdose.......

Re: The Official 64-bit Support Suggestion Thread
Beyond Good and Evil, and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time are two great games that 64-bit users are sorely missing out on.

Re: The Official 64-bit Support Suggestion Thread
Freelancer is a game I had started to play awhile back before I got my new computer. I thought it was a nifty game, and I'll cast a vote for seeing it gain 64-bit status.
