I played it like crazy already but Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. For 99% of people that didn't give this game a second look, you really missed out. There was another Vamp game before this, never played it.

Re: The Official "Games I Want on GameTap" thread: Part III
I am probably in the minority opinion here but the reason I love gametap is I am able to play a ton of old games that are near impossible to find, or at least older games that are fun that saves me the trouble searching around online to order them. But it seems to me that gametap is taking a new direction and going for big name titles that I am in no way ever going to be able to run like assassins creed. The big appeal gametap used to have to me is I could look through the list and run any game I wanted but that's changing. Obviously its good for everyone that has a better system then me and I don't really want gametap to change that, I just hope that they don't get too caught up in getting these newer requirement heavy games that they forget about the older gems ..shiny or not. Off the top of my head an RTS I always wanted to play was Rise of Legends. So theres my suggestion to be on topic.

Worms 2 would be great although If I remember correctly I think GT actually had Worms 2: Armageddon when I first gave GT a try a couple of years ago... makes me wonder if they lost the rights.

I would love to play Ecco the Dolphin Defender of the future for Dreamcast and Nights for Saturn.

I agree with samurai. Although I can get an emulator for game systems. It's the arcade games that didn't get ports (Simpsons, X-Men) that really make a difference.

What about adding Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. THPS 1, 3, and 4 are present but no THPS 2

I agree but have a slightly different problem. I have a 64 bit system. Seemingly none of the games I want to play run on 64 bit. I almost canceled my sub, but then I saw how fast they were working to crank out 64 bit conversions. Anyways here's what I'd like to see For 64 bit of course: * Descent 2 and Freespace! I can't even run the demo but I really want to play descent 2 * X-com series, never played the bad ones but wouldn't mind giving them a shot * Heroes of M&M 5 or whatever they're at now. I know it's on here but not for 64 bit. * Incubation I think it's called, like a 3d X-com * Mech warrior and the Mech commander series * Be fun to play some of those old FPS like Doom, Duke, Shadow Warrior, Blood, etc * Terminal Velocity and its Microsoft clone * Sim City 2000 / 3 * Lock on * Wish I could remember the name, but Microsoft released this game where you had a jetpack and a gun and you shot bugs. Only played the demo but it was pretty fun. Anyways I know resources are probably limited but I'd love to see some of those old DOS thru 95 games. I mean the newer games are cool too, but I'm looking for some of those games I can't play any other way. If you were to only do one of the above, please convert Descent 2. Convert 3 and freespace as well, but I personally really want 2. Also great service. Even though I can't play most of the games I wanted to, I'm still sticking it out and hoping that in time I'll be able to.

 Monkey Island Serries
You know what i miss? The monkey island serries (except number 4 because it was the weakest link.). but seriously monkey island was one of the best adventure game serries made. I hope gametap and the users would agree that gt should add this serries to its collection.
Thank you.

Why limit it to Monkey Island? All of the old LucasArts adventure games are good.

Re: The Official "Games I Want on GameTap" thread: Part III
I've wondered why GT has Kings Quests I-V but not VI or VII (well...maybe not VII).
I do like Monkey Island but I was more of a fan of Loom.
I have pretty much every single first person shooter made from '93 to '98. It would probably be fairly difficult to get those FPS's. (plus it is impossibly easy to find full versions on the internet)
I'm noticing more and more people using BackLoggery. Coincidence?

I do agree to that statement that all old lucas arts adventure games are very well put together, but the reason why I said monkey island is because right now its stuck in my head. sure id love to play zak mcracken, indiana jones last crusade aswell as the other indy games, loom, and all those other very imaginative games that were made. The dig was also a great game from later lucas arts, I remember my family all playing together trying to figure out the puzzles. So I do think we should bring them back I was just consumed with the theme song of monkey island stuck in my head and I had to play it.

Another suggestion, I'd like Pop 'N Pop. The Playstation version, not the Arcade Version, because the Playstaion Version has more characters, a story mode and things like that.

Re: The Official "Games I Want on GameTap" thread: Part III
Just thought of some more games I would love to see on Gametap!!
The old Amazon Trail games, they were really fun and I preferred them over the Oregon Trail.
The Monkey Island Games, they are very humorous and I think they would make a welcome addition to Gametap's library of games.
I will say it again, but the Nancy Drew games, there have been a lot that have come out and they are very fun to play through. So many start coming out that it gets annoying having to dish out $30 to $40 just to play one.

Re: The Official "Games I Want on GameTap" thread: Part III
i would like to see The Orange Box collection which features five complete games : Half-Life 2 and its two continuations, Episode One and Episode Two; Portal; and Team Fortress 2
i love all of them and portal alone would be an amazing addition to gametap (PS would also like a offline mode so i can still play w/o internet because it sucks to have to do that)
