 UFO: Aftershock Multiple basses

Post UFO: Aftershock Multiple basses
When I play UFO: Aftershock I run into the problem of being unable to use multiple basses.
My first base is fime but when I recieve a new base there is no option for building labs, factories,libraries,or defense.

Has anyone come accross this; and if so how did you fix it?
If you have not fixed it please send a request to support so that we can get it fixed please.

Have you built the roads connecting those bases to your main base? If not you can't build from them
