I've been trying for a month now to play games on this site. I have the premium pack, I have Mozilla Firefox and RealPlayer and now it tells me that I need to unmap my X and/or Y drives. It is impossible to get any information from Gametap. I want to play games or get my money back!! Please someone help me...

I just ran into the same problem myself. I played like 2 games, then while I was playing Betrayal At Krondor, I hit alt+enter to take it out of full screen, and it froze. I had to close firefox.

Now, any time I try to play a game, it just shows the GameTap logo screen, and sits there. It won't load at all. I cleared all my private data in Firefox, and it didn't resolve the issue. I have no idea what's causing it.



Edit:

Uninstalling the plug-in and reloading does not fix the problem. I have the same problem in IE as well, which leads me to believe that it's some issue on GameTap's end.
