Re: Unofficial Tournaments Finally, a game I stink at... I mean at least one I can play for the tournament. I'm not good and I'm only doing 1 run because I hate this game (in other words, this is it). Now, I have 2 versions of the same pic, but they're way different. I moved my username and date/time closer to the game screen, but I also have the original just to prove it really was me.  The original is too big for the scroller so here's the link to it: just click here (preferably right click and click "new tab", or middle click if you're able to)

Re: Unofficial Tournaments I think the leader board high score was around 350,000 to 400,000 before we played the blackrubber tournament (black widow and burnin rubber) I believe that is when I scored in the 500,000 range. Know I am going after the record that is listed on wikipedia "According to Twin Galaxies, Marco Donadio, of Italy, scored a world record 2,429,540 points on October 05, 1984."  That would be really awesome. I have a little ways to go before I hit that score. It would be interesting to see what the top 10 leader board scores are. Thanks Buddha, I guess in this game it pays to not destroy.

Re: Unofficial Tournaments 261408 in Burnin' Rubber. I wasn't able to win this time, but this is the best score I have ever got in the game. Very nice score, Jaccyber.  I agree completely with the "no save states" rule for the tournaments. However, I do plan to use the saves to practice the tough parts of the games, before I play "for real." No tournament score entry will be from a loaded game.

Oh well, I will get revenge during the H.E.R.O. tournament next weekend.  I am going to try to get to the "end" of H.E.R.O. again next week. I was going to give some hints, but the original instructions already explain it all.
