Post Very Slow Episodes?
Hey guys, I just recently started to play the Grimm games, and I started out with the third episode, the Fisherman and His Wife. The game worked fine for a while, and after I beat the last scene and after I watched the dark theater version, the game became really slow. I tried the other episodes, mainly the 1st and 2nd ones, and they're both really slow and laggy too. I'm not sure what's wrong with it. It will be fine for a few minutes, and then out of no where the game will slow down. After waiting a full minute, it will go back to normal speed, and then back to slow.

My computer's not bad and I'm able to run much more demanding games on it, so I'm not sure what's causing the problem, especially since it didn't occur until after I beat the 3rd episode. I even reinstalled the game, still, nothing. Anyone know what might be causing this problem?

I haven't even finished the first Grimm yet because after playing a while it starts to seriously slow down. Really annoying. Even at really low resolution and graphic settings.

Ah, so you're having the same problem as me? I managed to finish about 3 of them by pressing escape while it's slowed down, and simply alt tabbing till it goes back to normal speed. But then a minute after I start playing again, it goes back to being slow. Thanks for responding though.

Anyone else able to overcome the eventual slowdown of this game?

My Specs are good enough to play Mass Effect, I would think this game world work. And it does work at first. Just slowly slows to an unplayable speed.

FWIW, Grimm uses the Unreal 3 engine. My PC can play Mass effect too, Grimm strangles it. (Not sure if that's your problem though.)

This is likely something specific to your systems, but I've floated it up to devs just in case.
