Yes, if you are using the latest version of FireFox 10, the plugin is not compatible yet. Gametap will need to fix it, but you should be able to use internet explorer fine for right now. Waiting to hear an update from them on this. IE 9 - it's best to use compatibility mode button, next to refresh in address bar.
Also, it helps to run the browser as an administator by right clicking the browser's icon and selecting "Run as administrator". It' because the program has to have privledges to install the program. Hoping this helps you. Thanks.
