Games are hit or miss as is after updated to SP3, but running as Administrator, I always get "Error 2001 - A fatal error occurred creating input devices. Gametap will now exit." Totally unusable.

SP3 doesn't work for me at all. Tried everything on the boards and help files and nothing worked. Downgraded to SP2 and it works fine, thus far. Does Gametap plan to support SP3 without all this runaround any time soon?

Sounds like you should get in touch with tech support, GT works flawlessly on XP SP3 for me and I didn't have to change a thing.

Who needs that headache? I've already tried everything in the help files and suggestions on here to no avail. if they had an easy solution to my problem it would have been there. Besides, the instant I downgraded to SP2, it worked like a charm so the problem is clearly with SP3 and GameTap, not my computer and I've already found a reasonable workaround. I'll just wait for GameTap or Microsoft to fix this problem. Doesn't seem like it will be too much longer.

Run as adminstrator doesn't seem to work with XP Home Edition since the Administrator account is limited to Safe Mode. At least for me anyway. Everytime I tried, I get this error: "Unable to Log on: Logon Failure: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords are not allowed, logon hour restirctions, or a policy has been enforced." When I tried a normal account with administrator level access, I get the protection error messages or it just plain didn't work.

'battlestationmidway.exe stopped working" THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR ALL MY GAMES !!! HELP! They were working fine a few hours ago now they launch an then i get the .....exe stopped working message with all of them what can I do ?????
