The most common question we're asked regarding our weekly Leaderboard Tournaments is what our criteria is for selecting the next game. Well, we have an old saying around here at GameTap: If it was good enough for Buckner and Garcia to write a song about it, it's good enough for us. Centipede is special, not only because it was featured on the legendary Pac-Man Fever album, but also because it received a very special ode to its existence. Now that's fancy.

This Monday, March 3, you can show off just how fancy your trackball skills are when Centipede takes control of the Monday Leaderboard Tournaments.

Don't forget that Centipede is a Gold level game, so if you're not already a subscriber to this lovely service that we call GameTap, you may need to scrounge up the change to do so--or at the very least, sell off your copy of Madden NFL 2002 for the 99 cent introductory rate. Don't worry, we won't stop you!

1. Contestants will have from 6 a.m. EST to 12 a.m. EST on Monday, March 03, 2008, to submit their scores to the Centipede leaderboard via the GameTap client.
2. Only the top score per TapID will count toward the contest, with all other scores being thrown out.
3. Only one TapID per household will be eligible.
