ISSUE: The game does not start.
After clicking "Play," GameTap will minimize and then immediately return to the infocard without starting the game. This occurs most frequently on computers with QuickTime 7, which is not compatible with this game.

SOLUTION: On computers running Windows Vista, launching GameTap in Windows Server 2003 compatibility mode before starting the game may allow it to launch correctly. Otherwise, reverting to QuickTime 6 resolves this issue.
