    ISSUE: A 2002 - Mount Failed error appears after downloading 82% of the game.
    After downloading approximately 82% of the game, and error message appears stating "Mount Failed [Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend] There was a problem accessing game files." This error occurs when the game is being downloaded to a disk that uses the FAT32 file system--such as a USB jump drive or a portable hard drive--and is caused by the maximum allowable file size of FAT32 being exceeded. As a result, this game can currently only be downloaded to a disk that is formatted using the NTFS file system.

    SOLUTION: Please contact GameTap Customer Support for assistance with moving your game cache to an NTFS-formatted disk.
