ISSUE: The game does not start.
After clicking "Play," GameTap will minimize and then immediately return to the infocard without starting the game. This is most frequently caused by a missing DirectX component but may also be caused by outdated display drivers.

SOLUTION: DirectX can be updated at http://www.microsoft.com/DirectX/. Updates for your display drivers can be found on the manufacturer's website or, for laptop computers, on the website of your computer manufacturer.
