Adam, partner to Axel and Blaze, has been kidnapped by Mr. X, the dastardly criminal mastermind. Join our two remaining heroes (along with wrestler Max and Adam's kid brother, Skate) as they brave the streets of rage once more, fists flying, in order to save their kidnapped friend and bring peace back to the city.
