Basics
3D Ultra Pinball: Lost Continent is a pinball game you play with your mouse. The left button on your mouse controls left flippers. The right button controls the flippers on the right.
Challenges
The playfields and mini-tables throughout The Lost Continent are based on the various challenges the explorers face as they try to rebuild their crashed plane to escape the island. In some of the pinball action, you shoot dinosaurs and machines. In other parts of the game, you defend a woman who has been captured by the evil scientist. The gameplay in one level of The Lost Continent is not pinball at all.
Tip: Rex
Rex and his companions make lots of comments as you shoot. Listen to what they say. They are giving you hints about which targets to hit as well as what objectives you can achieve.
Tip: Not Over Yet
In 3D Ultra Pinball: The Lost Continent, your ball does not necessarily die just because it goes down the drain. When you fall out of one playfield, you generally wind up on a previous table.
