Basics
You can move Bub or Bob left or right with the direction keys, and jump up to higher platforms with the jump button. Blow bubbles to trap enemies. Once an enemy is caught in a bubble, destroy it by jumping against the bubble from below, or landing on it from above. The defeated monster will leave behind a tasty reward! You can capture several monsters at a time by blowing more than one bubble, and you’ll get special rewards for popping multiple bubbles simultaneously.
Jumping
Bub and Bob cannot be injured by falling from any height, and you can bounce on the bubbles you blow by holding the jump key down as you fall onto one. This technique can allow you access ledges and platforms that would otherwise be too high.
Tip: Bonuses
Be sure to grab any fruit, candy, and jewels you see -- these will either grant you points or increase your capabilities.
Tip: Special Bubbles
Bubbles filled with water, lightning, and fire will occasionally drop down from the top of the screen. If you burst one of these bubbles, the element it contains can be used to take out multiple opponents in a single blast!
Tip: E-X-T-E-N-D
Look for the special bubbles with letters in them. Spell out EXTEND and you'll be granted an extra life!
Tip: Big Points
Pop as many enemies as you can in one fell swoop to rack up huge points.
