Basics

The mischievous kid's marbles follow a set path and move, slowly but inexorably, on that path toward the crab hole that serves as the crustaceans' home. Crabby sits on a perch near the path, holding a special marble in his oversized claw. Click anywhere onscreen and Crabby will fire the marble he's holding at that spot. The marble will be added to the stream; if doing this creates a chain of three or more marbles of the same color, they vanish.

Firing Platforms

Some stages have more than one place for Crabby to sit while he aims and throws marbles. If you are in a stage with more than one platform and wish to switch from one to the other, right-click on Crabby.

Gameplay Modes

Story mode has a specific number of marbles in the stream in each level; clear all the marbles to complete the stage. Time Attack mode plays like Story Mode, except there is the added challenge of a time limit, too! Finally, Survival mode is a single stage that gets gradually harder the longer you play, and ends only when the marbles reach the crab hole.

Tip: Next Marble

The next marble Crabby will throw is shown on his back. But sometimes you need the next marble color immediately! Right-click anywhere on the screen except Crabby, he'll trade the marble in his claw for the one on his back.

Tip: Close Up

If you clear marbles from the middle of the stream, the front of the procession of marbles will usually stop until the natural flow closes the gap. But if the remaining marbles on either side of the gap are the same color, the marbles in front will be sucked backwards to reconnect with the stream.

Tip: Combos

If three or more marbles of the same color are touching as a result of the stream closing up, those marbles will be immediately cleared. This is a combo. If the stream then closes up again and causes another match, the combo continues. Combos are worth major points and can be a lifesaver if the stream gets to close to the crab's hole, so keep your eye out for your chance to score one.
