Reader Rabbit, Sam, Paige and Chester were flying in their Dreamship when something knocked them right off the deck! After that, they saw the Dreamship get wrapped up and taken off to a strange tower at the center of Balloon Town. Apparently the people who live in Balloon Town don't like things with pointed edges, so you'll have to lead Reader and his friends on a quest to free the Dreamship.
