Basics
To begin a game of Reader Rabbit Toddler, just click the play button in the learning launcher and watch the opening movie. This game offers nine activities that encourage simple comprehension and use praise and fun rewards to help a child learn. No reading or writing skills are necessary to play the game, though some activities include matching letters of the alphabet. Though the interface is extremely simple, it's probably a good idea for a parent to play the game with their child at first.
Controls
Reader Rabbit Toddler is controlled with the mouse and keyboard. Matilda, Reader and Sam are in a field full of activities and games. Simply move the mouse cursor around the screen and click on any of the objects in the field to visit that activity. Within each of the nine games, one of the characters will speak out the instructions on how to play. These games have very basic objectives that reinforce early-age skills. To exit the game, click the star in the lower-right corner of the screen.
