Basics
Runaway: The Dream of the Turtle is a traditional point-and-click adventure title, and has simple controls to match. You control the game with the mouse cursor. When you left-click, Brian will walk in that direction. If you mouse over an item you can view or use, the cursor will change to a new icon to show you. If you have multiple options for interacting with an item (both look and take, for example), you can right-click to toggle your options. To access your inventory or the menu, move your cursor to the top of the screen. Once in your inventory, you can use or combine items in various ways to solve puzzles.
Tip: Pixel Hunting
It can occasionally be difficult to find items of interest on certain screens, particularly those screens that have objects cluttered around. You may need to be patient and examine the backgrounds closely with your cursor to be sure that you havenâ¿¿t missed anything.
