Basics

As Snowy, you must serve as host and waiter for the restaurant. When a customer wants something, a bubble will appear over their head showing what they need. Use the mouse to click on the customer or appropriate item, and Snowy will run over and automatically perform the correct action. For example, click on a table with dirty dishes to clean the table, then click on the dish cart to put the dishes away. Every time you perform an action, you will earn money. Earn enough money to meet your daily goal, and you will move on to the next level. By doing especially well, you can earn an Expert rating for that level.

Tip: Combos

To improve your score, you will need to perform action combos. These are done by performing the same action (such as taking an order or clearing a table) multiple times in a row without doing anything else in between. Your score will be multiplied by the number of times you performed the action. But be careful that you don't ignore other needs from customers too long, or you'll lose them.

Tip: Colors

Each customer has hair and clothes of a certain color, and once they sit in a chair, the chair will take on that color. If you sit a customer in a chair of the same color, you will gain a bonus. The more customers of the same color sit in a chair, the higher your bonus will go. As there will be different color customers in each group, you may need to rotate the group around by moving your mouse in a circle as you seat them. Color matching is the easiest way to rack up high scores, so try to match as often as possible.

Customers

While your restaurant is open, hungry customers will come in looking to eat. Be sure to take care of their needs quickly, or they will lose patience with you. A customer's patience level is shown in the row of dots above their head. A happy customer pays better, so keeping them happy is crucial. Performing an action quickly will cheer them up, as will certain restaurant improvements like the coffee pot and bandstand. If the customers run out of dots, they will leave in a huff, and you will lose money. Be aware that some customers are less patient than others. Men are less patient than women, and children are less patient than adults. You may need to serve an unhappy customer first even if other people are in front of them to prevent them from leaving.
