There are eighty walled cities in the fabled land of Illuria. Eight factions, from the stouthearted Gray Dwarves to the vile Orcs of Kor, seek to rule the land and dominate all others by capturing and controlling those cities. Warlords is a classic DOS strategy game from 1990, and birthed a longstanding franchise that branched off into the wildly popular Warlords Battlecry series.
