Basics
Press either the one-player start or two-player start to begin the game. Your ship will appear at the bottom of the screen. Use the controller to move your fighter in any direction. Press the fire button to fire energy bullets, and the bomb button to launch bombs at the crosshair hovering in front of your ship.
Enemies
As soon as you start your mission, enemies will flood the screen. These range from spinning metal spheres to tanks that crawl along the ground, firing bullets at you. Aerial foes can be destroyed with your bullets, while ground based adversaries must be disposed of with bombs. Set the domed gun turrets and pyramids in your crosshairs, then release a bomb to obliterate them!
Winning
Your ultimate target is the Andro Angenesis, but be warned...this enormous steel fortress won't go down without a fight! It has one and only one weak point, the glowing core in its center. Drop a bomb on the core to disable the Andro Angenesis. This will be a difficult task, as the surrounding area will be congested with lethal bullets. You'll lose a life if your ship is struck, or if it collides with an enemy. Lose all your lives and the game is over.
Tip: Extra Lives
There are yellow flags hidden in the game...drop bombs in random areas to uncover them and earn extra lives.
Tip: Defense
Make staying alive your top priority when battling the Andro Angenesis. If you take unnecessary risks, you'll not only lose a life, you'll lose your chance to destroy the fortress.
Tip: Hazard
The spinning metal walls are indestructible. Don't bother firing at them...just stay out of their way!
